Shipping policy
At Lampview, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:
We offer free shipping on all orders.
We currently ship only within the USA.
Order delivery time = Order preparation time + transportation time
Tax:
Our products are tax included (customers do not need to pay tax) and shipping is free of charge.
Order preparation time:
The order preparation time varies depending on the product type.
1. In-stock items: Ready to ship in approximately 3 days.
2. Small-sized lighting fixtures: Production time is 7–10 days.
3. Large-sized lighting fixtures: Production time is 10–15 days.
Transportation time:
Air Freight: Estimated delivery in 5–12 days.
Sea Freight: Estimated delivery in 4 weeks.
Note:
For large items, if the package size is more than 39 inches (100 cm), we will use sea freight and the shipping time is 4-6 weeks days, depending on destination.
If your project is urgent, you can contact customer service to expedite your order for an additional fee.
Shipping, Delivery and Deadlines
The stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by a number of factors, including shipping method.
The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Los Angeles Time, GMT-8). If you place your order before the cut-off time, it will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping and order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours).
Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Please understand, thank you. Therefore, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct before placing an order.
How can I track my order?
Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted, your item will be processed and shipped within the business day. Please note: During the promotion period, this may take longer.
The moment the package leaves the warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to you with the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check for updates on the location of your package.
