30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be requested within the 30-day period.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Note: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify, If the damage is severe, we will replace the product free of charge.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to inform us of your intent to return the item. You can reach us via email at info@lampview.com.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
If you want to initiate a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address.
Note: The customer will be required to ship the product back to us at their own expense, and our shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. We'll deduct a 30% restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after the date of receipt.
Shipping Costs
While we offer free shipping for your order, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Order Cancellation
For Non-Customized Products:
- Before shipment
Orders placed within 24 hours can be canceled for a full refund.
Orders placed after 24 hours can still be canceled before shipping. A 20% processing fee will apply to cover handling costs.
After 24 hours, your order is already being processed and packed, which incurs operational costs.
- After shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
